  • You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.

  • Campers should arrive each day with a packed lunch, snacks, and a refillable water bottle. Athletic clothing and running shoes are required. Campers should also bring swim gear and sunscreen, as these may be used during camp activities.

At a minimum, campers should bring a certified lacrosse helmet with cage and gloves. If a camper wishes to take part in advanced or full contact activities, full lacrosse equipment is required. Participation in advanced sessions is optional, age appropriate, and fully supervised by experienced staff.

The camp may also visit a nearby splash pad located approximately three minutes from the facility. Campers will be supervised at all times during off site activities.

Lacrosse sticks may be provided if needed, however quantities are limited and campers are encouraged to bring their own if possible.

Families may also wish to pack any additional personal items their child may need throughout the day.

  • Upon arrival, campers will be greeted by camp staff and asked to sign in. During their first week of camp, campers will also receive their camp shirt. After check in, campers will be directed to their assigned dressing room for the day. Staff members will be on site and available to answer any questions that parents or guardians may have.

Once check in is complete, campers are encouraged to head onto the floor and begin light activities such as throwing the ball with staff and other campers. These activities will begin after the 8:50 a.m. drop off time and help campers ease into the day in a fun and welcoming way.

  • Our child came home every day excited, tired, and smiling. The counsellors were supportive, engaging, and genuinely cared about each camper.
